"Hamsa Paw is my artistic interpretation of Hamsa Hand or Fatima Hand. It is known under quite a few names, but the meaning is the same. It is a palm-shaped amulet ( a cat or a rabbit paw here, since I am an animal artist) popular through Africa and the Middle East, it is a universal sign of protection. From the ancient times it is believed to protect from the evil eye (if such thing even exist in your belief) and all negative energies.
