Artist note:
“I created this painting with a great idea in mind—great in the sense that it encompasses the whole universe and our place within it. We often say “the sky is the limit,” but I’ve chosen to challenge that notion. In a literal sense, the sky has no limit: the universe is vast, expanding, and boundless.
More importantly, I believe there are no limits to what a human being can achieve when driven by curiosity and desire. Growth, exploration, and progress do not stop at an invisible ceiling. That’s why, in this painting, the sky is no limit.
The rabbit is shown leaping upward toward the sky—both literally and metaphorically. He is aiming for the stars, for new knowledge, for answers to life’s mysteries. In many ways, the rabbit represents the endless pursuit of understanding and self-discovery.
I do associate myself with the rabbit, but I hope viewers can see themselves in him as well—continuously moving forward, reaching higher, and believing that there is always more to explore.”
